Vienna and the Donaukanal by night

With just a short amount of free time in Vienna I was thrilled to be able to get a glimpse of the street art scene by exploring up and down the Donaukanal (Danube Canal) by night and by day (well, a freezing cold and wet morning). The art of the walls seemed to stretch further than the eye could see in both directions, I need to go back in summer and explore the outer edges too.

It was great to having the walls lit up, meaning I could see and enjoy the art despite the wintry darkness, and I felt completely safe. The lighting also creating some interesting effects on the art itself, particularly the blue lighting under the bridge.
